The Executive Director is the key management leader of One Place Family Justice Center. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
The Executive Director is an employee of the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office (15th Judicial Circuit). The salary range for this position is $72,500 – $92,500.
Some of the crucial responsibilities of the Executive Director role include:
- Responsible for leading One Place in a manner that supports and guides the organization’s mission as defined by the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for the fiscal integrity of One Place, to include submission to the Board of a proposed annual budget and monthly financial statements, which accurately reflect the financial condition of the organization.
- Responsible for implementation of One Place’s programs that carry out the organization’s mission.
- Responsible for effective administration of operations.
