Description of Work
The Special Services - Restitution Unit handles cases referred to our office by the District & Circuit Courts of Montgomery County when a defendant has not paid restitution to the clerk of the court within the period of time specified by the Court. In addition to collecting unpaid restitution, the unit also collects unpaid court costs and fines.

Once you have submitted your payment, you will receive an email letting you know if your payment has been accepted or rejected.
